Vision Mechanics will be holding Dark Wood events throughout autumn 2013 to mark our Giants in the Forest project coming in to its final season.

Dark Wood is a guided walk through the woods at night time, led by storytellers. On your journey you are sure to experience some memorable sights and sounds. The walk lasts 45 minutes and is suitable for all ages.

Each Dark Wood will be different as Vision Mechanics creates the event with our local Giants in the Forest project partners.

Dark Wood will take place in the following forest venues:

5th Oct                      Kilmartin House Museum, Argyll & Bute
9th & 10th Oct       Falkland Centre for Stewardship, Fife
12th & 13th Oct     Threave Estate, Dumfries & Galloway
15th & 16 th Oct    Yellowcraig, East Lothian
18th & 19th Oct     Bowhill House & Country Estate, Scottish Borders
24th – 27th Oct    Glentress, Peebles
1st & 2nd Nov        Calgary Woods, Mull
